...for all things are possible with God.

Mk. 10:27

Despite the challenges we currently face as a nation, campus ministry is still flourishing. When the University shut down, we transitioned all our ministry Bible studies to a virtual platform. Since that time, we have averaged 113 weekly Bible studies! This month we would like to share Reagan’s testimony with you.

Since joining Cornerstone Christian Church, my relationship with God has transformed in ways I wouldn’t have expected. As a child, my family and I were very connected with our local church. We attended weekly services and holiday events, and enjoyed the fellowship with other members of the church. I was raised in a Christian household and grew up knowing that Christ is our Savior. Even then, I didn’t understand that having faith in Jesus extends beyond the teachings of my parents. It wasn’t until college that I knew I needed to make the decision for myself. I was introduced to Cornerstone in August of my freshman year. After taking a student survey, I was invited to my first Sunday service. Shortly after connecting with fellow students and campus ministers, I joined a weekly Bible study. It was then that I learned about the meaning of my relationship with Christ, and realized that I never personally accepted Him into my life. I was saved in October of 2018. This powerful moment in my life started my walk with God. I was baptized in water and in the Holy Spirit. By my second semester, I became a Cornerstone member. Welcoming this spiritual relationship into my life guided me through my new and unfamiliar college experience. With the encouragement of my spiritual family, I learned how to balance my academic priorities, always putting God first. My decision to accept Christ into my life will continue to reveal the purpose He has for me.
